Oil & Vinegar (2014)
Oil & Vinegar is a specialty franchise shop from the UK/Holland, selling over 50 types of oils and vinegars on tap. This new store is located in The TD Centre Calgary or "The Core" of downtown.
The 950 sq ft. store is the flagship project for an expanding chain in Western Canada. The schematic design of the merchandising plan & fixturing were developed by Ridgeland Associates Inc. from Oak Park, IL., consultants to Oil & Vinegar USA. The store front design, finishes, Building Permit drawings and field work were completed in collaboration with Mark Chambers Architect Ltd.
